Standard Bank calls on Chen

Charles Chen has been named the new director, head of global markets for Standard Bank's Taiwan operations. In the role, he will report to Michael Swo, general manager, Taiwan and also to Jonathan Chung, head of global markets, Asia, who is based in Hong Kong. For the South African bank, Chen will have responsibility for all of its global markets activities in Taiwan, which includes interest rate and foreign exchange trading.
